1. Is it easy to install?

Installing the mailbox saddle requires just one tool (a Phillips head screwdriver) and about 5 minutes.

Installing the numbers is done by hand and takes less than 5 minutes.

Standard shipping and handling typically takes a week, but we provide an express delivery option as well.

If your item arrives damaged or missing any parts, we will immediately replace it.
If within 30 days you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason we will refund your money.

5. Is there a guarantee?

The mailbox saddle has a lifetime guarantee under normal circumstances.
The solar rechargeable batteries are guaranteed for three years.

6. How much direct sunlight does it need?

Four hours of direct sunlight is sufficient for an entire night of use.

8. Where can I get additional house numbers?

The kit comes with six sets of house numbers (0 thru 9) for a total of 60.
In almost all cases this is sufficient for sets of numbers on either side of the mailbox saddle.
However, if the included house numbers aren’t sufficient for your address (if say your street address
is 55555 Elm St.), simply email us at customerservice@guidingmailbox.com or call 888-928-2455 (toll free)
and we’ll ship you the additional numbers you need.

One of the remarkable things about the Guiding Light for your Mailbox is that there actually isn’t a light bulb.
The entire panel is directly wired and lights up bright enough to be seen from a block or more away!
The light panel is engineered to last a lifetime.
